Risk Assessment of Offshore Wind Turbines Suction Bucket Foundation Subject to Multi-Hazard Events

چکیده

For the offshore wind turbines (OWTs) located in a seismically active region, occurrence of earthquakes combined with scour is highly possible multi-hazard event. This study developed an alternative fragility analysis framework to assess seismic performance suction bucket-supported OWTs under action scour. First, probabilistic approach was applied calculate probability depth (SD) and earthquake events. Then, combinations these two events were considered model establish surface bucket foundation. Finally, by integrating product hazard, as well curves, foundation failure obtained. The provides reliable risk assessment for OWT-supporting structures extreme event situations can be other complex natural hazards.
